How do I adjust the glider on a GROHE shower bar?

To adjust the height of your shower slider, simply:

• Loosen the screw handle located on the slider. 
• Move the slider to your desired height. 
• Tighten the screw handle to secure the slider in place.
  

To adjust the angle of your hand shower:

• Detach the hand shower from the holder. 
• Notice the conical screw connection where the hand shower attaches to the hose. 
• Reattach the hand shower to the holder, moving it down and forward to angle the spray downwards, or down and backwards to angle the spray upwards. 
• The conical connection allows for continuous angular adjustment, so you can find the perfect angle for you.
