How do I replace the cartridge in the K4 Single-Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, model 32071?

To replace the cartridge in a K4 faucet, shut off the water supply, remove the lever and cap, unscrew the threaded ring with a 32mm socket spanner, replace the cartridge, and reassemble. Discard the included black plastic cartridge nut as it's not used in this model.

The following steps explain how to replace the Cartridge, part number 46374000, on the K4 Single-Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, model 32071.

 

 

                

 

 

Steps:

1. Shut off cold and hot water supply.
2. Remove fixing screw (J) and pull off lever (K).
3. Pull off cap (L) and insert (M).
4. Unscrew threaded ring (N) by using a socket spanner 32mm.
5. Change the complete cartridge (O).
6. Assemble in reverse order.

Please note: The black plastic cartridge nut that is included with the 46374 is discarded and isn't used on the K4 faucet.
